Happy as the Sun.

The past few days spent in Cocoa Beach have been wonderful! I’ve actually enjoyed the benefits of living in Florida, a.k.a. beach and poolside living, and spent some quality time with my family! But now it is back to the real world for me, which consists of homework, tests, studying, reading really boring textbooks, internship projects, exercise, and 4 interviews, that is until Friday night when I drop the ball on all my properties like I do every weekend:) But before I start being productive I’ll share some pictures from this weekend!  It is best if you play this song while watching the slide show!

As you could see it was a great time and I can’t wait to see everyone in 60 days for Drew’s Graduation up in their hometown Ludington, Michigan! Time to procrastinate more be productive!

Questions for You!

Do you every take advantage of the benefits of where you live ? I somehow forget how amazing it is that I can start wearing shorts and a bathing suit in March! But I love living in the theme park capital!

What part of your “real world” are you dreading this coming week? I have a research test tomorrow night that I’m not at all prepared for.

Do you let prospect of  next weekend’s plans pull you through hard weeks? This may happen a lot to me!

  1. I live in Washington, D.C., and I definitely do not take every advantage. I do take some of it for granted. However, one very nice thing is that the Smithsonian is free, so there is always something exciting and fun to do with the kids, and it doesn’t cost anything (except the pretzel or ice cream my son wants to get from the street vendor!)

  2. I love the beach. I grew up on Daytona’s and can’t believe I moved away. You guys looked like you had a blast! The food and drinks looked amazing too!

  3. You are so funny. You crack me up with all the pictures of food. Your dad told me that you didn’t want anyone to start eating until the food pictures had been taken. Hilarious. I’m glad you had a good time.

  4. Coco Beach is so beautiful! My mom and her friends vacation there all the time! I live in DC, and sometimes I forget that people come from all over the world to visit the Nation’s Capitol – and it’s no big deal to me! I do take advantage of the city, the sights and all the fun things to do once the weather gets warm (aka I’m so jealous that you’re wearing shorts. I’m wearing a scarf and gloves.)

  5. Hey! Looks like you had a fab time! Great slideshow 🙂 I always like to have something to look forward to in the pipeline…it makes going to work and getting up early every day worthwhile 🙂
